Chelsie DiConzo is a graduate of Northern Vermont University with a B.A. in Hospitality Tourism Management and an A.A. in Technical Theater. In June of 2026, she was hired as the Director of Advancement for Snow Pond Center for the Arts, where she leads strategic initiatives and development efforts that support the organization’s long-term growth and mission of transforming lives through music and the arts.

With nearly two decades of experience in live entertainment, nonprofit leadership, marketing, and community engagement, Chelsie’s career has always centered around bringing people together and having fun while doing it. From backstage with touring performers to the heart of community celebrations, she has built her career creating spaces where people connect, celebrate, and experience the joy that comes from shared moments. Today, she brings that same passion to Snow Pond, helping ensure that future generations have the opportunity to discover the creativity, confidence, and connection that music inspires.

A lifelong Mainer, Chelsie lives in Durham with her husband, two sons, and their dog. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her at a concert, gathered around the table for a board game, trying a new baking recipe, making art with her kids, or enjoying the outdoors with her family.
